Chadron State College offers a variety of arts-related majors.

Chadron Public Schools  offers arts education for grades K-12, including art, music and theater offerings based on age.

Chadron Public Schools is Cognia Accredited and consistently performs high academically. The high school has been recognized by US News and World Report as one of the top high schools in Nebraska and one of the highest ranked high school west of Omaha for several years in a row.

Chadron Open Art

The mission of Chadron Open Art is to create a welcoming and inclusive space where people of all ages and skill levels can come to learn about, create, and appreciate art. Chadron Open Art offers a variety of classes and workshops, as well as gallery space for local artists to exhibit their work. The gallery also hosts community events and festivals throughout the year, and is home to a custom framing business and a bakery.

Consuming Fire School of Dance & Acrobatics offers a variety of dance and acrobatics classes, including ballet, tap, clogging and jazz. 

Panhandle Gymnastics offers classes for beginners at the youngest age to competition and performance teams. 

Dance Boutique offers a variety of dance classes, rehearsing and performing at the Chadron Arts Center, located within the Open Frontier Creative District. 

Madison Quilting and Yarns offers classes in a variety of fiber arts, including punch needle, painting and sculpting with wool, knitting, spinning and quilting. She also offers regular sew days for fiber artists to work on their own projects in a shared space.  

The Chadron Public Library features book clubs, a knitting club, a yoga class and a makerspace where budding artists can create 3D printed items, buttons and more.
